Equipped with air conditioning (cooling & heating) and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The bedroom hosts an authentic Balinese bamboo canopy bed, exceptionally comfortable for restorative sleep. The bathroom is en-suite (with bathtub and washing machine), and the fully equipped kitchen (featuring an electric oven, gas cooktop, and refrigerator) has dual access: directly from inside the cabin or conveniently from the outdoor terrace.
Its spacious terrace overlooks the mountains and Mediterranean sea views, making it an idyllic place to welcome the rising sun in pure silence.

Casa Thai (also fondly known as 'Thai Cabin') sits on an elevated panoramic viewpoint showcasing unobstructed vistas toward the majestic peaks of Sierra Bernia and the Bolulla valley.
Fully appointed with air conditioning (cooling & heating) and a TV with Netflix. The serene bedroom features a high-resilience natural latex mattress for deep, restorative sleep. The bathroom opens directly to the outdoor terrace and connects effortlessly with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven and gas stove.
Facing south and south/west, its two furnished outdoor terraces catch golden sunlight throughout the day and provide the best sunset viewpoints on the Costa Blanca.

Rental Conditions
Legal Transparency Notice
Casa del Paso operates exclusively under Spanish seasonal rental legislation.
Casa del Paso operates under the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU - Alquiler de Temporada, Art. 3.2). All individual stays are designed for medium-term seasonal stays (minimum 11 nights). Guests are required to sign a seasonal lease agreement, provide proof of primary permanent residence outside Spain, and pay a security deposit prior to arrival. Daily hotel services (daily housekeeping, 24h front desk) are not provided.
- Minimum stay: 11+ nights / 1 month.
- Formal seasonal lease agreement under Art. 3.2 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
- Verification of primary residence or purpose of temporary stay (remote work, sabbatical, seasonal rest).
- Refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival to safeguard facilities.
